In My Kitchen

There's something so satisfying about trying new recipes and writing my own. I love knowing I can control exactly what goes into each dish and make it as healthy - or in the case of things such as tater tot casserole, as unhealthy, as I want. One thing that nearly all of my favorite recipes have in common is that they use simple ingredients and are easy to make - there's more to life than getting stuck in the kitchen for hours at a time.
